Refund window

Refund requests are eligible within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

How to request a refund

Email futureisnow.solutions@gmail.com with your order details, the service purchased, and the reason for the request.

Non-refundable items

Custom development, implementation services, and consulting time are non-refundable once work has started.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel subscriptions at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record) when checkout is enabled.
