Future Is Now retains ownership of pre-existing IP. Client deliverables and licensing are defined in signed agreements.

Warranty disclaimer

Services are provided on an \"as is\" and \"as available\" basis without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

Future Is Now is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the applicable agreement and notice requirements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Disputes will be handled through good-faith negotiations before any legal action.
